And with these sort of things there is no common metric to evaluate time because every company and private investment is unique depending upon a variety of factors. My guess is they already have a possible agreement for a 10 Million Dollar private placement to bring AST System 10 to life, and Baker Hostetler was hired to get the proper SEC fillings drafted as well as represent Datatecnics in the $10,000,000 Series A investment.
