How are you going to do this? You say you're in this for 10+ years? How will you be able to cast your influence on Glynn? He crawls at snails pace on execution side. Guy is not even a good salesman for the company imo.

If Glynn can not deliver the goods in a short period of time, we have the money to move Kenney or another high potential candidate into the CEO role and let Glynn assume a lesser role like Chairman or advisor. Now is the time to monetize the full value for TPIV, we need the right person in place to accomplish this now, Glynn is the guy for now but he needs to be on a short leash and the shareholders need to be prepared to make appropriate changes if necessary.
