Everyone can be free to speak their mind.

What you are suggesting is that a CEO of a publicly traded company can say whatever the hell they want. And that it is up to investors to either believe or not believe. Well, that's a discussion maybe too deep for this board. But I do have an idea for you.......forget about companies that report to the SEC, and move your portfolio only into non-reporting stinky pinksheets.
