Pasternack is nothing but a reseller.
The worst possible example, by the way.
It's difficult to make HiPower Amps in GHz frequency range, only few companies design & mfg them, especially above X-band (Kuband is in high demand for earth, K/Ka-band for space), that's why many are re-sellers. So, Pasternack is a joke business being 100% re-sale, though it's staff (Customer Service) is knowledgeable about what they sell, which is very unusual (to have deep Technical background) for sale folks.
Smallar one is "HD Communications" (of NewYork) - they buy amplifiers or passives, relable, sell at a margin.

Amplitech however is the true maker of LowNoise amps.
They only resell PowerAmps as they can't design/make them so to widen portoflio & be more "appealing" to investing public, they started aggregating other peoples' stuff - Waveguides from Allen Avionics, PowerAmps from ASC (Amplifier Solutions Corp (of Pennsylvania)), etc.
But LNA's - yes, that's the core expertise of Amplitech.
They design, manufacture and sell their own.
Iam just saying it lost edge EVEN in its core - LNA's (lowNoise Amps) in recent decade as new product development stalled.
Amplitech is similar to L3Narda-Miteq from which most its former assemblers & designers/engineers (3) came from except at cheaper price and lower qualification,

Asof RFHIC - Iam too busy to spend mroe time writing here, what for?
RFHIC makes 100 Watt 0.7-2.7GHz OR they already make better by now (wider frequencies &/or higher power).
All you need todo is take that, insert into a new external housing/shell, add a basic fan (or 2 fans) and cheap controls, but the Amp itself (inside) is RFHIC who gets more profit if they sell in volume.
Since Amplitech can't do volumes :) LOL, the profit is more like P.R. campaign on website with shallow financials.
