I missed the issuance of the Series B preffered stock. Where'd they come from?

"Effective May 12, 2017, we acquired the assets of Urban Oasis Float Center, LLC. As part of the purchase price, we issued
120,000 shares of our Series B Preferred Stock and warrants to purchase 25,000 shares of our common stock at a price of
$2.00 per share, exercisable for 3 years. In addition, in order to retire certain secured debt encumbering the assets acquired,
we issued an additional 45,000 shares of our Series B Preferred Stock to a third party secured lender.
