So assume the settlement is for $50 MM,....

Then the Firm gets $5 MM up front off that. Plus 'expenses' - let's say that runs another $5 MM,... also off the top.

That would leave $40 MM, and they would fold in another $6 MM (15%) of that,...

Leaving 'us' with $34 MM.

That would certainly give the trading price a bump,.... as the current Market Capitalization is ~$15.5 MM.
