Looks like they may have moved on. Why start a new company, if they were going to raise XNRG from the revoked heap? Why is Xun Oil listed as the Registered agent for the new company when Xun oil is a sub of Xun energy and Xun energy is revoked? Does that mean that Xnrg shareholders are entitled to proceeds from the newly formed "for profit" Xun Peregrine Enterprisers Corp?
