Rick, This Merger/Acquisition will come in at an approximated 4 to 7cents a share depending how it is handled. It's incredible to me how the valuation of POW is booming for the Camsing shareholders based on their Stock price increase and yet there will probably not be a fare value representation presented for POW stockholders. I think your idea for a case based on fiduciary duty, mismanagement and making false or misleading statements is still a great idea. I know Stan is a great guy and there is nothing personal here just business. Butttttttt! They shouldn't be able to walk away from this smelling like roses and using us for the furtilizer.
