As we kind of suspected, Skriloff & company bought out Elsa Prince/EDP Management. I believe the biggest shareholder now is casino developer David Belding with 15.5%, not 100% sure it's the same guy but it seems likely given his location in Las Vegas.

Mr. Belding began his career as an attorney, serving as clerk to the Nevada Supreme Court and a member of Reno-based Breen, Young, Whitehead & Belding, Chartered. While in private practice he concentrated in the areas of federal taxation, real property, corporations, and commercial litigation.

In 1977 Mr. Belding founded Gold Strike Resorts, a privately held company which designed, built, owned, and operated hotel/casino resorts in Nevada and Illinois. From 1977 to 1995 he served as managing partner and general counsel for Gold Strike. Gold Strike Resorts merged with Circus Circus Enterprises in 1995, and he served as a senior corporate officer of the public corporation. In 1998, after building Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, the publicly traded corporation was renamed Mandalay Resort Group. Mr. Belding served as a senior manager for Mandalay Resort Group and as general counsel of Mandalay Development, being responsible for developing new resorts in emerging jurisdictions. Mandalay Resort Group was purchased in a corporate acquisition by MGM Resorts in 2005. At the time of the acquisition, Mandalay owned and operated 17 hotels and casinos in Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, and Mississippi.

Mr. Belding has been advising Valor since 2002, and is an investor in Valor Equity Partners Fund I and Valor Equity Partners Fund II. He serves as a board member of various community and civic organizations, including the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has been active in the formation and management of several community banks, including First Independent Bank of Nevada and Bank of Nevada. Additionally, he has been involved in the formation of several private and publicly held companies in the fields of biotechnology and telecommunications. Mr. Belding holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from The University of Arizona and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
