You know, "if they run" and no RS or at least while your in, with around 25B, top is always around 0006 - 0008 range it seems, 'normally'. And the math proves it, with 12B or about 1/2 the 25B, you would expect double that range, 0012 to 0016 {10B, I can see 0017)

drnk has 25 bil as - went to .0008 and .0006 from the bottom
usmj has 15.5 bil as with 10bil os went up 17 baggas from the bottom
