I think it might not be an all or none settlement, but it would be good if all companies got to an agreement which wouldn't lead to the bakruptcy of some of them.
Like you say, it might be a settlement (if there is any) that works over years. But I don't think I'll stick around that long. I'm in it like Nobody for the race up after the settlement is announced. I just don't trust GERS enough.
So I think for me it will not matter how the settlement will look in detail. As long as it sounds huge ??
