There's a lot of stuff in these emails to absorb, but the thing that amazes me is this: In the meantime, we are extremely close to landing one of three financings for our company. We are talking way above US$10M.

I can't imagine how this could be possible. This company has given away millions to a private individual and has squat to show for it. Nothing. What person(s) or what institution would hand over US$10M+ to something with this kind of track record?

Wow, what a great tale this is! There's no way you write a screenplay like this and have anybody believe the plot.
