Not so fast, the context used matters. Here's why - your claim was"Could very well be why they're labeled Caveat Emptor.. for undisclosed corporate actions.. such as a Reverse Merger"
As it was in reference to ticker symbol cnxs it falls under the topic of "forward looking" just like I stated. A forward-looking statement predicts, projects, or uses future events as expectations or possibilities. These statements can often be misleading, as they can be mistaken for factual statements, while they are actually speculation.

So, As they are often mistaken for facts which they are NOT. I appropriately stated they are to be disregarded as worthless. I stand behind my statement.

Its never a good idea to drop your own context to make a counterpoint.

NOTE: the use of forward looking words or statements in a rebuttal renders the entire statement null and void and I will completely disregard them.
