Who knows, it's all speculation at this point.

And "abandoning" the company? Come now.

It is unwise to state "no ownership" until the conclusion of our CH 11 BK. Conflicting documents provide no guaranteed solution either.

Things have changed, and It can very well happen again.

Also, is this a Merger, or aquisition?
