I also just noticed that their fentanyl detection was announced on January 9, so it seems like they were trying to cushion the blow on the RS by bringing that up again.
I'm guessing there will be a buyout offer after the price drifts down sufficiently. Maybe $.25. If not, it'll be fun to watch them dilute back up to 16.4 BILLION shares.
