This is very good news for all of us.
The transfer was executed on April 14th, too late for Q1 filling.
Maybe now that is publicly known Jim Holmes will inform us, so we can stop guessing about the real % of Cyrcadia we own.
I would have liked to see a spike in volume after this confirmation.
We need new investors here to drive the price up, but this is hard to achieve without direct communication from LLBO!
