Just went thru and read all sec charges against fuselier and erwin his business partner and ifcr. A long read with a lot of charges. I dont see ifcr ever trading again. I will say that Hoffmans name was mentioned no where in the charges. Fuselier seemed to have a brilliant mind but used it to commit crime
