The Guthrie family also owned Allinga Property LLC. This has the appearance of a possible scam. USNL was in business from 1999 to 2013 when it went dark. Allinga Property was in business from 12/13/2012 - 4/30/2013 reinstated 11/03/2015. Both USNL and Allinga Property were reinstated on 05/31/2017. USNL 3/31/2012 Qtrly Rept stated they were seeking to acquire "several acquisitions in the real estate market" They then went dark and now we see both entities being reinstated simultaneously. One might wonder just what the Guthrie family is hoping to accomplish in 2017 that they were unable to accomplish previously. ???
