The biggest issue i saw when i read the filing is on the 19th he didn't even respond to the judge. So you know thats not helping his cause when he flat out ignores the judges request for a response. This isn't cramming for a test though its looking more likely he gets revoked and that way he doesn't have to report to anyone any longer.
