Actually revs were down but profits were up due to lowering cost. Your next question should be why we're sales down . Due to the closing of the brick and mortar store nutritional empire revs were down. As far as the million dollar losses you must post monies raised in an offering as a debit since your issuing restricted stock. Call it a loss I call it growing a company. Eyeinyou not sure what your angle is if your not short or long but I can assure you the company is growing(i.e. Store growth) and is self sustaining .
