Well 7 business days left in this month so we will see if they update that 2016 Financials have been audited and sent to the attorneys. Still doesn't mean it gets past them because the attorneys supposedly had the 2014 and 2015 fins for the form 10 last year and well...Bigger question in my mind is why after paying Anton & Chia for the 2 year audit which they supposedly did (see below) did they in turn change to a new auditor?!? They back pedal...ALOT

we are looking forward being a fully reporting company by the end of March 2017. We have just received the two-year audit from our auditors, Anton & Chia, for comment. We will be reviewing the document and getting back with any questions or information required within two weeks. At that point, the signed audit document is provided to our attorneys, Fitzgerald Yap Kreditor LLP, for preparation of the Form 10. This preparation generally takes 30 days and is reviewed by our management team before being sent to the SEC. The SEC review is, on average, a 90-day process.”

The audit is expected to begin the end of May with a current projected completion in late September. The mandatory two-year audit necessary to become a fully reporting public company will encompass years 2014 and 2015. At the completion of the audit, the Form 10K annual reports will be written and submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for review and comment. Once approved, AmeraMex will file quarterly Form 10Q and a yearly Form 10K with the SEC.

The Company recently replaced Chia & Alton LLP with dbbmckennon LLP. The replacement, which slightly delayed the audit of the financials for the year ended December 31, 2016, is better aligned with the needs of AmeraMex

Tells me Anton & Chia told them something they didn't like...the previous audits had this same MO...start an audit...switch auditors...then nadda
