May be wrong, but think I remember reading someone estimated the form 10 was filed around the end of April, lets assume April 25th. So add 60 days quiet period and that puts us at or near June 25th. Now add a week for medicinal purposes and we get an announcement on or around July 1st. So to be safe with the July 4th coming up, add another week and maybe around the 11th, which is a Tuesday.
