It's a failing entity a week away from approving a doubling of the AS and an RS, a license for ridiculous dilution, with very little pending, if anything, in the next 24 months that can stop the inevitable. Raise the AS, dump the shares ASAP, RS, try to maintain listing, drop a minimum of 40% within one week of RS, rinse, wash, repeat...truly a stock that belongs on the OTC...
