From a legal standpoint I would be very surprised if they responded with anything other than "we can't comment on anything at this time."

When asked on a previous call, Cola stated they still had the original JTDA in effect and no production run contracts.

The JTDA along with the America Makes program would definitely be an interesting scenario if we developed a software with GE along with having our patented PR3D systems selling to others.

With GE using and/or licensing our JTDA software would be extremely significant.

That would be a switch lol...all this doubt about GE and perhaps we come out of this with a joint technology GE is willing to sell and give us a percentage of sales since we helped develop it....it is possible.
