final s/p is based upon a formula - - free market resolution..........no adjudication (other than the BK CT babysitter - and the ITR, which was a loop-hole BS used to spank the FDIC - - and then the girlie girl FDIC wants to slap back - - $4mm = spare change in guy's mazda)..................

wonder how she closes down........................wimper or massive explosion................ain't no noise associated with wire transfers..........other than the SCREAMS on the receiving end..........
