I agree with what you are saying the CEO needs to resign or the board needs to vote him out. If you do not understand filings why are you running a publicaly traded company? The account is the one that should have explained it to Mona because it has to do with the numbers not the filing verbiage. He knew what it was worth and did correct after three filings.
