Soon to follow. PTSCs argument has a TONS of holes and lots of illogical circular arguments. The judge knows the political climate is to extinguish patent trolls like PTSC forcing nuisance value settlements and he must send a message that they can no longer do this to our productive tech companies. If that judge ever wants to advance under the many many future Democrat Congresses and Presidencies soon to follow the trump disaster then he will rule the right way and simply grant the defendants motion to end this case. Sorry folks the politics are simply totally against you and if you have not figured this out you have not been watching. You cannot win and PTSC will not be allowed to run their game any longer.
