Specifically what is the news that is good?

Because I read the last news as, they have to sell core assets and IP in a desperate move to pay bills.
And in the process of doing so, they will had to dilute the OS shares to and extreme level. Dilution is in no way is good for the current stockholders. And there can be the obvious expectation of a dramatic decrease in Share price once the MASSIVE DILUTION amount is known and realized.
(This maybe good for the CEO who gets to continue his job, but current shareholder are just weeks away from seeing the full effect of the conversions)

And there was NO NEW news on any agreements with existing partners (NO progrss reported), No new huge deal.... Same exact state of business as before.)

So what was the good news?
