The lack of a presentation of the future of Interdigital at the ASM, the brevity of the meeting, and the lack of comments from ANYONE on the board might mean that there is some sort of deal in the offing.

I have listened to many ASM's and the Chairman and/or CEO ALWAYS talks about the future. But this year it was not the case for IDCC>

My two questions (the first and second questions aired were really 'paraphrased' significantly by Patrick.

My question was asking about ANY licenses signed during 2016, (Excluding Huawei, Apple, NEC, and Sharp) while a competitor boasted of over 230 licensees). The response was to look at the quarterly filings for new licensee activity for which I could FIND NO NEW LICENSEES other than the four mentioned).

My second question was to pay a regular quarterly dividend and a special dividend annually from the profits, based on a formula. My comment was that the Insiders are getting rewarded with incentives, so should the shareholders. My 'comment' was left out and the standard reply of reviewing dividends quarterly was brought up.

Next year the format should be a live conference with shareholders allowed to CALL IN THEIR QUESTIONS AND BROADCAST LIVE FOR ALL TO HEAR.
