Terms if HDYN doesn't pay its share, if I'm remembering correctly, is 2% of the WI for each $1 million that Sapetro has to cover. Bottom line, HDYN needs to pay their share or potentially lose more of their WI per the agreement. No paranoia, and I'm sure a successful well will benefit all, but the funding side is my biggest concern here.
