Reasons I'm BULLISH this week:
1) it's not being pushed by a group - it appears to be organic PPS movement based on recent news and quarterly reports 2) opening European service center for market expansion in the part of the world that is still in the climate accord 3) 203 million active shares -low float 4) chart has shown healthy consolidation around .02 the past week or so with higher lows 5) engaged active CEO 6) 52 wk is .06 and higher before so with recent news and increased volume it could test that again
