The Trademarks are recent because the IDIOTS at Neah allowed them to Lapse and had to RE-OPEN them. The fact that they could not fully follow through initially is not a positive.

Trademark - PowerChip Battery - has no matching Patent for technology. HENCE - no patent protection if it actually exists and works.

The technology protected by a patent does not change or advance between the filing of the application and the granting of the patent.

That would take a new patent application and patent.

While the granting of the application sets the protection, the grants are tech that was developed before 2012 that they have not sold to anyone. Now they have ownership of an idea that nobody wants.

The time in between is just time lag. In a normal company, research would continue, the tech would advance and new patent applications would be filed to cover those advancements, then later those would be granted.

All you have is evidence that this company stalled in 2012 and has not moved forward since.
