I've emailed Joe Marrone at Framepool

I've emailed info@framepool.de

I've emailed london@framepool.com

I've emailed paris@framepool.fr

I've emailed newyork@framepool.com

to simply ask what happened to their CEO, COO, President and Christopher Petzel's positions at the company.

One would think that out of all those email contacts, someone would have replied with a simple answer.

I never received a response, nor will I.

Feel free to try yourselves.

Why would 100% of the senior management team at Framepool have resigned their long standing posts?

No explanation

No PR

No nothing

Is this the type of thing that happens when a company files insolvency (which is NOT the same as bankruptcy). Insolvency is just notification to your creditors, vendors, et. al. that you are presently unable to satisfy your financial obligations to them, and that if conditions continue to deteriorate, then bankruptcy protection is the only recourse.

Try to do a Google Search on "Framepool AG" and "insolvency"

There isn't anything.

Wouldn't you think that if they filed, that there would be an official mention of it someplace?

How can Christopher have purchased (well, not fully) 86.6% of Framepool's stock ahead of knowing insolvency was in the works. He was listed as a corporate officer (board of directors and power of attorney) for a period of time, then resigned.

Something just isn't right.

And no one wants to bring the issue up.

What EXACTLY is BRSE's relationship with Framepool AG presently?

Is Framepool booking revenues - or - are all revenues produced by Framepool essentially going to service it's creditors via pennies on the dollar owed?

Wouldn't it have been responsible of either company (Framepool or Broadside) to give some type of explanation? After all, when Framepool became a subsidiary of BRSE, they fell under the guidelines of a publicly traded company. Shareholders should have been apprised of the matter and we (when I was a shareholder) should have been informed of what was going on, and how this would affect Broadside moving forward.

Just some food for thought..
