I'll do these one at a time so it doesn't get too long:

1. Please site my one single piece of evidence that you have that management has been feeding inside information to either Seed or BCPI.

EAST PALO ALTO, CA – 01/26/17 -- Finjan Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNJN), a cybersecurity company, today announced that Phil Hartstein, CEO, and Michael Noonan, CFO, will be in Israel the week of January 30th. During their trip, management will attend Cybertech Israel, visit with key shareholders, connect with the CybeRisk team and meet with their investment partner Jerusalem Venture Partners.

They responded to a question after this trip and said they met with these funds that were selling. In two or three recent conference calls they said they were in "constant contact" to quote their EXACT words with all major shareholders when asked once more about the selling. Go back and look at the Form 4s. Israel Seed was selling steadily at $1.50. Then they meet with management and the selling mysteriously stops until material news is released. What do you think they talk about... the weather? It is sleazy to admit you are in constant contact with large shareholders who are currently frequent traders of your stock. It just isn't done.
