There is some confusion between trademarks and patents I think, and between Powerchip Battery and Powerchip Fuel Cell.
Here are links to both. Most recent patents Jan 5, 2016 and Dec. 6 2016.
The activity for trademarks with Powerchip Battery, Powerchip Fuel Cell and Formira HOD says to me that Neah is still very much alive and actively pursuing thier goals.
