Beats me, seems like they need a better, fairer system though. OTC Markets Group is a public company, nothing more, they are not the SEC and they are not God, yet they have the ability to manipulate any stock at their whim with a stroke of the keyboard.....seems wrong but I guess that's just the way it goes.
