nick414- the hearing on the voting procedures was just yesterday. The court hasnt published any details of what ensured but I am assuming the judge is giving it the green light perhaps with some revisions.

I suspect we will start seeing ballots in the coming weeks. Voting deadline in July 27th and all the instructions will be in the documentation. Here's alink to the last draft published in court if you want a sneak peak.

If you havent received a ballot by early July post back here (that goes for anyone) and I will do whatever I can to help. I have accounts with IMSC shares at Vanguard, Fidelity, Cuso Financial,TDAMeritrade so I can speak to how the ballot delivery will come form each of those whether its electronic or snail mail.

Also I will post as the ballots start arriving at my home so folks know they are coming if they havent seen them yet
