REVERSE SPLIT - NON PURCHASE


June 14 = 8-K
The Company Intends To Request Stockholder Approval Of A Reverse Stock Split At The Company's Annual Meeting Of Stockholders, To Be Held On August 31, 2017.


June 14 = Form-4
These Shs were not purchased on the Common Market. This was yet another Free Award that is commonly issued as part of the Employment Package. Designated as "Transaction Code A". Also, these are Free Shs, as described in the Pricing Column. This is just more Salary abuse, through additional Dilution that Shareholders are always paying for.
