Little less than 10,000 if not mistaken. More of a poison pill to prevent hostile takeover and keep control for times like now IMO. MC has been initiated lately. They should buy back the new shares issued and still be 5 MIL ahead ... crazy cheap. Buyers will come in droves when they get closer to revenue. GL
