If I can add to your comments. Due too the linear deceleration of the depreciated assets relative to time inrelationship to the decline of the share price too be able to unlock the questionable value that we all are seeking here. It should be noted that to speed up the depreciation asset time in lue of the liget revenue the company has we have one or two options.

The first would be to bring in a private investor in that is willing to take on the risk at a very high capital cost. Now it's true that capital cost will be reintroduced back into the depreciated asset pool as you have mentioned returning treasury stock back too the stake holders after release of the said assets.


That money can then be used to collateralize new equity debt that in turn can be used in the accumulation of additional intrinsic assets that over time and useage will revolve back into depreciated assets that will need to be released from the beaucratic strong hold the governing body of state and country has put on it.


Don't dispare folks all we have to do here is pump up the volume and share price by a penny leaving us a 60% up side relative to the assets supporting the paper we will be holding.


Then again a share reversal would be nice to accommodate the support the private investor whom ever that is willing to step out on the ledge for us.
