(the “Company”) has announced that its 2017 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”), which was convened May 31, 2017 and adjourned until earlier today, has been further adjourned until June 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm Greek time/7:00 am Eastern Standard Time. No votes were taken at the Annual Meeting, other than to adjourn. On June 15, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing the further adjournment of the Annual Meeting.
