Yes. third time's a charm.
One year chart shows Trend starts turnaround with two peaks near end of Feb. ( $13.5) and end of May ($15). Interestingly there are three small peaks ( all followed the rule higher high and higher low) between the two big peaks. So if "third time's a charm"work here, and based on higher high and higher low rule, then next peak ( maybe begin today?) should be around $16.5-17 and after usual pull back follow by .....
