Jus now find my orders filled. I paid $12.89-something for 300 units and $12.80 for 200 more.

That brings me now to 12,000 units and I expect to hold it there unless we dive hugely from here. I don't see it as likely, though. Regardless, $13 or thereabouts is a terrific price for a quality stock paying 90% of its bottom line profits to unitholders. I do not think there's any conceivable way for an investor to lose at these prices.
