Since something like 90-95% of the stock is owned by the insiders who have huge debt they created to buy the company, most of the dividend goes to them possibly to pay on that debt? And they do not pay income tax on that debt, and it creates retail value for shareholders and puts a bottom under the stock if the rest is all true.

What is the story on their buying back retail shares??? Is it true and have they reported any bought back in SEC fillings?

Did they borrow money and not use it after all to buy another acquisition target, and now using to rally the stock? Has cash flow and profits turned the corner on coming SEC fillings?
