Nobody is buying until we see if Noreen bull shitted everyone again for the 50th time.

All lies/BS in the past were a purposeful scheme to bring the stock price down so that insiders can buy in low before commercialization when the price will go up. Dump and pump schemes (V-shaped) are the opposite of Pump and Dumps. I've posted links about this before. And yes, the volume has been higher in the past 4-5 months than any other time period, so the buying has definitely happened. All my speculation, but the evidence overwhelmingly points to this IN MY OPINION.

In terms of the MAJORITY of the population, Rainmaker is right on. Nobody is buying until contracts come out. That's when it will be proved for good that the company is legit. Once it's proved, EVERYBODY will be on this message board.

I personally like to buy BEFORE the big news (especially when I feel this confident about a security), as I don't want to pay much more than I have to for a stock.
