Regarding your thought that no one knows about the oil rigs and the money, I would suggest that someone knows, and whoever that person is should come clean about that issue and report it instead of allowing it to disappear into the muck of silence.

Don't you think that news should be in a PR? They trumped it up for a long time, even talked about the rigs being on their way.

Someone knows.
