Here is why I think this is not a R/M play
For the new investors, I would like to list what I found.

BYOC - Beyond Commerce Inc was founded 2006 as BOOMj.com Inc
Mr. George Pursglove was a co-founder.
He was sued by the company and he counter sued the company in 2008.
Mr. Pursglove won the case and awarded $7,812,426.00 judgment.
Judgment is just a piece of paper if he cannot collect the money.

Recently, he asked shareholders of BCI to vote
1. Appoint himself as a sole director of BYOC
2. Permission to exchange a portion of his outstanding judgment against Beyond Commerce, Inc., into equity (1,556,632 shares @$0.008 price per share as of market close on March 10, 2017
3. Appoint LJ Soldinger Associates, LLC as an accounting firm for BYOC for the fiscal year of 2017

Mr. Pursglove has been a president and CEO of company called Advanced Predictive Analytics, Inc (Advanced Predictive Analystics Holdings, Inc)

So I see where you are getting the merger idea. And that firm he hired (LJ Soldinger Associates, LLC) practices reverse merger as well.
So I thought I found a monster play in developing, early too.

Now, correct me if I am wrong. (Since I just barely know about reverse merger)
There are 3 main ways for a private company to go public.
Check it out on the link below
https://investmentbank.com/alternative-public-offering-options/
I find that APAI (Advanced Predictive Analytics, Inc) want to be a public company from few years ago.
You can see that they tried with another company in the link below
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RZPK/news/EM-Energy--Inc--signs-Letter-of-Intent-with-Advanced-Predictive-Analytics--Inc?id=67345&b=y
But guess it didn't quite work out, so they have decided to do a Reg A+ offering and my understanding is when a company chooses to do a Reg A+, they are choosing it over choosing R/M (again, correct me if I am wrong)
you can find the evidences below
http://www.secinfo.com/d1H9sh.m3Yq.9.htm
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1660038/000161577416004070/s102578_partiiandiii.htm
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1612917/000161291714000002/0001612917-14-000002-index.htm
Please note LJ Soldinger Associates, LLC was the firm who helped with the SEC filings for the Reg A+

So, NO, APAI will not merge with BYOC.
And that APAI company by the way, doesn't seem to be making any money as you can see in the filings - sure website looks fancy with all the giant companies listed as partners...

So now, what is going on with the company appointing all the new BOD's and reporting current ?
One of two things I guess,,
1. He is trying to sell BYOC as a shell for a merger to another company - So, yes you still have hopes, but that could take a couple years. There are many shell companies for sale out there for the private companies to choose from, and they prefer low floats because they do not want to chase the share price up on the open market too much.
2. He is trying to make this seem like a R/M play so he can cash out his shares at a higher price
(1,556,632 shares @$0.008 price per share as of market close on March 10, 2017)
Because even at the price of 0.008 (at the time of this post, it is at 0.002), that's only little over $42,000, and with his $7.8 million judgment he cannot collect,, what is $42,000 gonna do for him...

I was doing my DD because I wanted to take some position on Monday, and the above is what I found. So I will not be taking position...
However, the stock could see some gain if new investors come in with hype and nobody really cares if it is a merger or not. If there is a hype, people will come in to play momentum.
