Treaty also did not provide any defence whatsoever and gave the SEC everything they asked for in the complaint. They admitted the complaint was true and agreed to any fines and disgorgement, that they could NOT say they did nothing wrong or disagree with the complaint.

It's all in the agreement singed by Chris Tesarski and Andrew Kramer.

Treaty is guilty as hell and it's quite obvious....
