Who gives a flying fart about any of that? You buy these dormant shells at .0001 and wait for a reverse merger or even a random pump all the while hoping it does not R/S on you. Whatever these no-info dormant companies do or say they do is completely irrelvant. What is coming next is where you put your focus. The longer they brew at .0001/.0002, the better.
