Your criteria for no re registration is that XNRG was at no bid. You claim that the PPS matters when it comes to re registration which it does not.

The assumption you put forth on the matter is untrue but feel free to show otherwise. I know it won't be shown because it can't be because it is false.

If other no bid stocks that were revoked failed to obtain re registration that has no bearing on wether or not XNRG will succeed.

That fact of it being no bid has no bearing.

It has been demonstrated that a revoked stock can re register.
